It’s time to send you off on the getaway of a lifetime, and we will make sure you are prepared & ready to go! We will provide you with all of your confirmations and a personalized itinerary. Prior to your arrival, we will “VIP you” and be in contact with the hotels to make sure they know an extra special guest is arriving.
Time to book
Once we have designed the perfect travel itinerary approved by you, we will begin securing all of your travel arrangements and notify you of deposit due dates, cancellation polices, etc. We are here to assist before, during, and after your trip.
Now’s the time to design the trip of your dreams! We will work with the information you provided to create a custom itinerary, recommending the best accommodations, activities, tours, and more. We will provide our “insider” knowledge and work with you to fine-tune the details until we have created a bespoke and memorable itinerary just for you. Then we will work with our global travel partners to extend the VIP client treatment, which often includes: Daily breakfast for two, priority for an upgraded room, one-time resort credit, early check-in/late checkout and more.
