Grand Vista boasts a whopping 3,800 square feet of beautiful living space across two full levels. There is plenty of room for as many as 10 guests, and this home offers four bedrooms and 4.5 baths.
The LIVING ROOM is beautifully centered by an immense stone fireplace that warms the surrounding sofa and chairs. Guests may sit back and take in the glorious view from the huge windows, watch the flat-screen television or check out the nice selection of popular board games. Next is the KITCHEN with its high-end stainless steel appliances that include a Viking oven with a six-burner range, a side-by-side refrigerator, a built-in microwave, a walk-in pantry, and a Keurig beverage dispenser. Enjoy your meals at the formal dining table with mountain views or at the breakfast bar. Guests may access the wrap-around heated deck from this level as well as enjoy the use of a high-powered telescope.
Near the living area is a KING PRIMARY SUITE and a QUEEN PRIMARY SUITE, and both have access to the wrap-around heated deck, a fireplace positioned to warm the bed and a flat-screen television. The king suite also features a desk with a chair and a private bath with a dual vanity, a large soaking tub, and a steam shower with both a waterfall shower head and a convenient wand. The queen suite has a private bath as well, and it comes with a large soaking tub and a glass shower with a waterfall shower head. Just above in the loft is a desk and chair with an iMac computer and amazing views.
Down on the first level of the home are the final two guestrooms. One is a BUNK ROOM with two bunk beds with a full-size mattress on both the top and the bottom and a personal reading light over each bed. Its private bath boasts a steam shower with a waterfall shower head and wand and a copper trough sink with steps for the smallest visitors. The other is a QUEEN SUITE with a flat-screen television, access out onto the patio where the hot tub, tables, and lounge chairs await, and a private bath with a dual vanity and a tub/shower combo. This level also features a media room with a sectional sofa and chairs surrounding a 65-inch 4K television, a wet bar, and an exercise bike.
Grand Vista is situated with solitude in mind, but the town of Telluride is just a short car ride away. Once there, you may enjoy a great selection of restaurants and bars, shopping opportunities, concerts, festivals, and an abundance of outdoor activities during every season. You’ll also be able to catch a ride on the gondola to take you over to the Mountain Village side for skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, rock climbing and so much more.
