Villa Acamar, also known as Acamar is a contemporary, 3-bedroom villa located in Toiny within minutes of the beach. Hidden on a hill, this villa offers dramatic ocean views and tranquility.

This villa is all about Caribbean living and being outdoors. The spacious living area opens to both sides and features multiple seating areas, cooled by the natural breezes and even a billiards table. An air-conditioned home theater right off the living area has a large screen and comfortable cinema seating. The living area opens to a deck with a large heated pool surrounded by loungers, with a hot tub situated on a lower deck in the garden near the third bedroom. There is ample seating both in sun and shade with natural breezes, looking out over the ocean. A Sonos sound system can provide music across the main level.

The master suite has a separate office space, a full-sized classic dressing room and a spacious bathroom with shower and his and hers vanities. The bedroom comes with a U.S. king-size bed and opens up to a private terrace overlooking the ocean. A separate door leads directly to the pool for an early morning or midnight swim. Next to the master bedroom is a second bedroom with a European king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with both an interior and exterior shower and a private terrace. Spiral stairs lead down to an air-conditioned game and fitness room and the third bedroom with a European king-size bed, an open bathroom with shower and a private terrace leading into a garden with the Jacuzzi. All bedrooms have U.S. satellite TV.

Villa Acamar comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 5 and older.
