The two fishing villages of Veliki Zaton and Mali Zaton, together with two smaller villages, constitute the municipality of Zaton. Zaton is situated in a beautiful, natural bay surrounded by hills and only eight kilometres northwest of Dubrovnik. The individual districts that are scattered along the bay are partially connected by a promenade that invites you to take long walks. From the terrace, through the large glass doors, you will enter the ground floor of the villa. Here, you will find a comfortable space with fully equipped designer kitchen, a dining area with a large table for ten-guests and a central living room with comfortable sofas and TV with satellite programming. On this floor, you will also find a master bedroom with a king bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
The first floor of Villa Crescendo is reachable by stairs or elevator where and here you’ll find another four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are double and have king beds, en-suite bathroom with shower. The third room is a twin and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All three rooms have terraces with magnificent sea views. The fourth bedroom is smaller than the others, does not have a sea view, has queen bed and en suite bathroom with a shower. On the top floor, there is an entrance to the villa with an elevator, spacious parking lot.
